At Funky Sock Co, we want your feet to be as happy as our patterns, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks must remain tagged and in their individual sleeves to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your socks are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags and packaging attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
